The NZ Rehabilitation Association [NZRA] invites you to join us for a Rehab Conversation.

We will be running these free online 'Rehab Conversations' a number of times throughout the year - to gather, to connect, to share ideas, and to support each other in our learning and practice.

MORE ABOUT THE CONVERSATION TOPIC

Harriet is the Director of Policy and Research at Toi Mata Hauora, the Association of Salaried Medical Specialists, where she has worked since 2022. Prior to that she was the Senior Policy and Advocacy Officer for the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in Aotearoa NZ, working on the RACP's health equity campaign "Make It The Norm" and with the Māori Health Committee on its justice and equity kaupapa

Her presentation will look broadly at the social determinants and their impact on equitable health outcomes, some recent data from ASMS publications, and workforce considerations as the population of Aotearoa New Zealand grows and ages.
